We gave Mexico's biggest beef producer a front door to the world.

SuKarne is Mexico's largest beef producer and the force behind roughly three-quarters of the country's beef exports — yet abroad, that scale had no single face. We built the global brand and the corporate platform that introduce SuKarne to importers, food-safety authorities, and the trade across the USA, Japan, Russia, Korea, and Greater China.

The problem

World-class scale, no global face.

SuKarne had decades of cattle expertise, four federally-inspected plants, and a holistic, self-contained production model — and it already supplied the majority of Mexico's beef exports. But to an importer in Tokyo or a buyer in Seoul, that record was invisible.

There was no single, credible address that explained who SuKarne was, what it cut, and why "Mexican, safe, grain-fed" was a promise a buyer could trust.

So we treated it as a platform to build — a brand, a product catalog, and proof — not just a logo to ship.

We built the line and the positioning — Supplying Mexican Safe, Grain-Fed Beef to the World — that let one company speak for an entire country's beef to a global trade audience, instead of competing as just another exporter.

Identity

A mark that reads on a site and a box.

The SuKarne mark, a confident red system, and a full web-icon language — sustainability, traceability, the 360° model, export, the cuts themselves — plus the bull mascot. One identity that holds up on a corporate site, a trade banner, and a box face alike.

A multi-market website — About, Food Safety, Sustainable Practices, Events, and a Press Center — built to brief importers and authorities in one place, with market switching across the USA, Japan, Russia, Korea, and China & Hong Kong.

Product explorer

A carcass you can click.

An interactive product explorer: buyers choose Muscle, Entrails, or Bones, click a cut on the animal, and get NAMP codes, trim, and uses — a femur bone for soups, a rib-eye for export — plus related products. The technical language the trade actually orders in.

The credibility layer regulated markets need.

TIF, USDA, MAFF and HACCP food-safety certifications; the "360° holistic, self-contained" production story; an interactive map of the four plants and SuKarne's presence across Mexico; and SuKarne Worldwide, the trading arm with its California headquarters and Tokyo sales office.
